Take trains to JR Osaka station and then take highway bas bound for Tsuyama or Nishiwaki to Tojo bus stop.
The highway bus terminal is on the ground floor of the Osaka station building.
Highway buses stop at Shin-Osaka Station on the way to Tojo. Ask station staffs for the bus stop at Shin-Osaka.
